OUR STORY
Staron Property Management evolved as a result of my personal experience with lack-luster and unprofessional property management companies over the past decade. Frustrated by unresponsiveness, lack of attention to detail, fees and miscommunication, I began to research companies. This led me to the conclusion that there is an opportunity to start a company that focuses on providing management solutions to buildings exclusively in the North End and Charlestown. With a focus on superior customer service, I founded Staron Property Management.

Mike's Background:

United States Army Veteran. He served as a Military Policeman for 6 years, including 1 year in Baghdad, Iraq where he received a Purple Heart on October 27, 2003 for wounds received in action.

He has worked for Liberty Mutual, a fortune 100 company for the last 18 years. During that time, he has held various roles, ranging from Finance and Accounting, Insurance Analytics and managing employees. His organizational skills and attention to detail have been honed working in a fast paced environment where he's had to juggle competing priorities on a regular basis.

In his personal life, he is dedicated to his family, friends and business. In his spare time, you'll probably find him on a tennis court. He's an avid fan of the game and is very passionate about the sport, both watching and playing.
Property Management Services Provided
Property Management Services are a la carte, customizable according to your needs

Arranging all recurring maintenance services for condos: cleaning, exterminating, snow removal, testing and servicing of emergency features, heating/boiler maintenance, seasonal maintenance items, etc.

Coordinating maintenance by licensed and insured contractors with invoices provided each month

Bookkeeping services: monthly financial reporting, invoice processing, condo fee collection, preparation and monitoring of yearly budgets, annual meeting reporting, analysis and maintenance of capital reserve funding, etc.

Administrating projects: bid solicitation, contractor selection, coordination of project team and work with contractors/residents, etc.

Spending limits requiring trustee or owner approval for invoices over a certain dollar threshold

Scheduling and attending trustee and owner's annual meetings

Collecting association dues and laundry income
